This was a great experience. My wife and I started by wanting to test drive the new 328i xdrive. We walked in about half an hour before closing and the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Kam was our sales person who took us for the test drive. He was very knowledgeable and best of all he just let us drive the car and come to our own conclusion. After the test drive, I was expecting a big sales pitch but to my surprise, he was very understanding. He worked the numbers and when I said I would have to think about it and shop around, he did not press. We exchange contact info and called it a night. The following week after I did my research I emailed Kam with the numbers that I was comfortable with. Again, to my surprise, he made it work. It really felt like he was working for me and trying to get me the best deal. Kam was great and I highly recommend. I would of never bought the car if it wasn't for him. He did everything possible to make the deal happen. Patrick BMW has a great staff. Everyone is extra friendly and accommodating. Gary Davis listened carefully to us and then matched a vehicle precisely to our needs. He then took us on a test drive during which he was able to demonstrate, with my daughter driving, all the features vehicle precisely to our needs. He took the time to answer all our questions completely. Even though we were looking at a pre-owned vehicle we felt that we received the same treatment we would have received if we had been considering a new vehicle. This was my first experience buying a used car since I was a teenager and it turned out to be very pleasant. Gary also followed up with us after the sale, got answers to several additional questions, and provided replacement copies for a couple of documents we misplaced.
