I bought a new BMW from Patrick BMW from out of state and had the car shipped to Florida. The salepersons Luca Lacovella and Sal Sapienza assured me everything was fine with the vehicle. It turns out the car arrived with damaged paint from a bird dropping that ate through the finish on the hood of the car, which needs now to be repainted. In addition, the aluminum running boards finish was also damaged and also need to be replaced. The salesperson were non-responsive after calling and sending emails with pictures. The General manager of the dealership was send a certified letter two weeks ago and is still non-responsive. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER! More
