I was a Lexus user for several years and enjoyed good service and quality. My lease was expiring and I thought it was a good time to look at cars. Sam was my contact @ Patrick. He understood my timing and took his time showing and explaining different models and options. He never was pushy nor derogatory towards any other manufacturer that I was looking at. His professionalism, patience and guidance won my business. Steve Popp another sales consultant at Patrick reviewed all the features of the car and made sure I understood. He also told me to stop by anytime and he would gladly review as there are a lot of features on the car. Again, very professional and helpful and it wasn't even his sale. As mentioned, I car shopped for about two months met several sales people and dealt with different dealers. My wife and I recently purchased a 2011 Cadillac SRX Premium model from Patrick Cadillac. We happened to be looking online just for grins, but saw a number of vehicles we liked at Patrick. We visited the dealership and was greeted by Dominic Letizia. Dominic was great. We were really impressed with him and the dealership. Admittedly, buying a car has not always been my most favorite thing to do, sort of like getting a root canal. But the entire process (from negotiating the deal to financing) was pleasant. We were very impressed by the whole experience. Dominic was extremely helpful throughout the process. Upon delivery of the vehicle he explained every feature and was very friendly the entire time. I didn't feel the pressure you sometimes feel when you're purchasing a car. We even made a personal connection with Dominic as we're big boaters and his cousin is a boater, so we immediately had a lot in common. We've dealt with many salespeople over the years and I can honestly tell you that Dominic was one of the best. He comes across as sincere and wants to become a "trusted advisor". And while we were taking delivery of the car we noticed that Bluetooth wasn't working. Dominic made arrangements for us to bring the car back and even arranged for us to use a brand new 2013 CTS as a loaner for a week. I have worked in sales for over 30 years and that is putting the customer first. This is the first car I purchased from Patrick Cadillac - but certainly not the last!
