I have bought Cadillacs (new and used) from from Hartigan and Napleton for over 35 years and I always got Cadillac treatment. I would never recommend this Patrick Cadillac to anyone. NEVER. I wanted to discuss this with my salesman and he informed me that this was AS-IS and could not do anything about it. Kicked me up to the sales manager. Went in to visit with the sales manager and he always was out somewhere. Never got a chance to talk with him. Although I believe that they should have helped me with this problem because it appeared within days of buying this car, I truly did not expect them to give me anything for free. I would have been happy with good customer service and even a little discount to get this problem taken care of. NO WAY with these guys. They don't even want to discuss the issue. Their staff is no better than the sterotypical car salesman often portrayed in movie. Have a problem and you will find out. No direction from management. And they wonder why foriegn luxury car makers are eating these guys for lunch. It would be easy to outsell Patrick salesmen. More
