We visited another dealer when the XC90 was introduced and went back to Patrick to specifically deal with Mike. He was and continues to very helpful, component, knowledgeable and eager to answer any and all questions. Mike is also very honest and if he doesn't have the answer to a specific he will find out and follow up..
