Excellent stress-free experience The lease on my 2012 S60 was nearing the end so I was interested in looking at the 2015 S60 and 2015 V60. Since I already had the S60, I wanted to tes The lease on my 2012 S60 was nearing the end so I was interested in looking at the 2015 S60 and 2015 V60. Since I already had the S60, I wanted to test drive the V60. Mike gave me the keys and my boyfriend and I took it for a spin. Mike provided me lease pricing on the V60 and S60 for me to consider, with no pressure at all. I made the decision within a couple days to lease the S60, and since the color combination that I wanted was not available at Patrick Volvo, Mike promptly worked on locating the vehicle. After just a few days, I was informed that my vehicle had arrived and I could pick it up any time. When I arrived at Patrick, Mike had the paperwork all prepared and ready for me to sign, as did the Finance Manager. I was in and out within 45 minutes and ready to drive home in my new car. I was extremely impressed with the exceptional hassle-free customer service that I experienced at Patrick Volvo, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone that I know that is interested in a Volvo or Cadillac.
