Battery Change Event Had a scheduled appointment for a battery change which I was told would only take an hour. Over 2 hours later, I was presented with a video production of all the problems with my vehi battery change which I was told would only take an hour. Over 2 hours later, I was presented with a video production of all the problems with my vehicle in the thousands of dollars which I did not ask for. More time was spent on the check in/check out process and video production than the time it would take any semi-skilled mechanic to swap out a battery. Incredible Disappointing Experience!!! More
