Recommend for extensive service but wait time for routine is unexceptable. Waited 2.5 hrs. for oil change and tire rotation. I arrived at 8:20 for an 8:30 appointment. and left the dealership at 10:45. Not h is unexceptable. Waited 2.5 hrs. for oil change and tire rotation. I only have one complaint and its because when I dropped off my car the service lady, Melissa, commented about how my car smelled like flowers. When I got it back after the oil change, my car smelled like M off my car the service lady, Melissa, commented about how my car smelled like flowers. When I got it back after the oil change, my car smelled like Marijuana. It took me 2 days to get the smell out and it triggered my migraines and I have had one since Tuesday morning, 3 days ago. More
