I went in for a recall on my Buick's Airbag and asked for an oil change and to get a price on a new power steering pump which I said was broken and would need replaced. I didn't ask for it to be diagnosed, I already knew it was bad, I just wanted to know the cost to replace it. Instead I was changed $200+ for you to tell me what I already knew. I addition to that, you didn't even have the courtesy to air up one of my tires that was low. I have every intention of encouraging as many people as I can to avoid the scam of taking even recalls to you as the dealership because you will extort the customer when they are only their for Buicks' engineering failures. More

With the new owners taking over, I believe they are trying to correct some of the shortcomings in customer service that I think has plagued the dealership for years. My previous HD Sierra purchases wer trying to correct some of the shortcomings in customer service that I think has plagued the dealership for years. My previous HD Sierra purchases were done in Austin due to the customer service issues at Patriot. I’m looking forward to giving the new owners and potential leadership a fresh start at this. Little bit of a wait this time with an appointment, but the vehicle was finished quickly. Overall, the visit was not great, but okay considering the change over. More
