This time was not like the other times so I'm not sure if something changed but there were several services that were labeled as needing immediate attention and I was not told about them and then they were m something changed but there were several services that were labeled as needing immediate attention and I was not told about them and then they were marked as declined. I was aware of the 2 services that were the 36k mile and I did decline those but all the other ones that I only found out through the video that was sent were marked as declined and I wasn't given the option to take care of any of those. She wrote up the order prior to knowing what the vehicle needed and I should have been told by someone that after the inspection they recommended services and then given the option to get them taken care of but they didn't do that this time. They just came and got me and told me it was done and I paid. I would have liked to have had the critical services taken care of while I was there, especially the cabin air filter. Thank you! More
