I picked my car up and there was grease all over the door jam and on the carpet. The receptionist and service manager offered to have their detail person clean it for me and I said no thank you I will try a jam and on the carpet. The receptionist and service manager offered to have their detail person clean it for me and I said no thank you I will try and clean myself. The back floor was not vacuumed and I had requested it to be vacuumed. My radio still continues to give me issues even after this last visit. I have contacted my sales person and service manager. I have also contacted GMC who didn’t want to help me. I have reached out to a lawyer to see what options I have available to me. More
