Went in for an oil change and inspection. They found a mouse nest during service and wanted to charge me a hour of time $180 to remove it. Settled paying $90 for a nest in an area a shop vac could have cleaned up in 2 minutes. I was told they were very busy and never saw my voice message. 2nd vehicle left the same day for an oil change had to call them 4 hours later to find out it still was not ready. Time to find a new service center with time for you. More
