We had an agreement on the price and once we got there, they didn't respect it, which is why I'm very disappointed in you. they didn't respect it, which is why I'm very disappointed in you. More

Let me start my review by stating that I accept FULL RESPONSIBILITY for my lack of due diligence before purchasing a used vehicle from Patriot CDJR in August 2024. I did not have my mechanic inspect the RESPONSIBILITY for my lack of due diligence before purchasing a used vehicle from Patriot CDJR in August 2024. I did not have my mechanic inspect the 2010 Ford Fusion. I did not thoroughly review the recall history for the car. I did not check the Blue Book value. I did not make a counteroffer (I should have offered them only twenty percent of their price). Since the recall occurred six years ago, and was repeated three years ago, I did not fully appreciate that the manufacturer considers the car unsafe to drive. So much so, that they have sent me large multi-colored mailing pieces, practically begging me not to drive the car because it is so dangerous. The manufacturer offered to pay to have my car towed to a Ford dealership for a recall repair. I wondered what other problems they might discover. I drove my family around in this unsafe car. Read what their used car disclosure document reveals: “At Patriot Auto, we strive to offer our valued customers used vehicles that are not only aesthetically pleasing, but also mechanically sound. We take pride in our inspection process which ensures, as best as possible, that every vehicle on our lot meets our high standards of quality and reliability. During our inspection process, we diligently and thoroughly search for any potential issues or defects, both mechanical and cosmetic, that may affect the performance or appearance of the vehicle you are purchasing. Our experienced technicians identify, address, and resolve these situations so that the vehicles we offer are safe and dependable for our customers.” This disclosure, of course, is preceded and followed by a plethora of legal caveats and weasel clauses that ensure that the dealership has few legal obligations to the purchaser of an as-is vehicle. Yes. The legal ramifications are not on my side, as far as I know. However, and perhaps more importantly, my experience speaks to the lack of integrity of anyone who would knowingly sell a vehicle that they knew (or should have known) was dangerous to drive. Why the law allows this, I will never understand. But I do know integrity (or the lack thereof) when I see it. I suppose Patriot was looking for a sucker to buy this car. After paying $5500.00 for the car and over $6200 (as of 4-9-2025) in repairs, I’d say, they found one! More

One of the worst dealerships I have dealt and in my 50 years I have bought a lot of vehicles. I chose to leave and not take any of their offers after 2 hours there I chose to leave they continued to pull years I have bought a lot of vehicles. I chose to leave and not take any of their offers after 2 hours there I chose to leave they continued to pull my credit for an additional day. I have credit lock on one bureau but the others kept getting queried and reported to me. More
