Poor communication. I purchased a car and had it shipped to me and it had issues that were not brought to my attention. I didn't find out until I received the car. I sent my vehicle to the service due to it not starting. It took them 2 months to switch out a relay fuse. And 1 day for it not to start again once I got home.
