Two months to fix a transmission. Lied several times through the process. Pacifica had 32,000 miles. Warranty work, the dealership was reimbursed over $10,000 for terrible service. I bought new tires and thought I was getting new control arms installed. Patriot called and said I would be wasting my money installing the arms and they would adjust the wheels and align to fix the issue. arms installed.
