The service department didn't really make a big effort to get the job I needed done. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. They did not get my tires rotated, because they could not and did not take get the job I needed done. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. They did not get my tires rotated, because they could not and did not take the time to find the correct tool to do the job. The tool they needed was in my trunk to get my tires off. I don't feel like they put in a very big effort to actually look for it. I had a screw in my tire a few days later and took it to a local tire shop just to get it fixed and they found the tool needed to get my tire off to fix it. Also, Patriot put on non-matching lug nuts to the tire and wheel that they got in for me. I was not real pleased with how they done things. Nice people just not real efficient on doing their job.
