I bought my Ram Longhorn 2500 pick up from Bob Moore in 2016. It has had an outstanding recall now for several years. There was not always a fix for the recall, now they are wanting to weld suspension part 2016. It has had an outstanding recall now for several years. There was not always a fix for the recall, now they are wanting to weld suspension parts in place so they don't back out and create a dangerous situation. This is not a fix in my mind. I told Bob Moore that RAM has a solution which does not include welding components but is new components. Bob Moore Service advisor said RAM would not pay for the correct fix. He basically said good luck with this one and didn't even offer to go to bat for me with Ram to get a case started, said I was on my own. This is very poor customer service in my mind. More

Service advisors and manager are respectful and honest. They let me know the work that was going to be done and had it completed in a timely manner. Had an issue that arose after I left the dealership from They let me know the work that was going to be done and had it completed in a timely manner. Had an issue that arose after I left the dealership from getting the oil changed. 2 techs met me where the problem took place and the service manager was able to have my truck up and running like it was before, by the next day. Being from out of town the service manager understood the importance of having my truck back to me as soon as possible. More
