Dealership now has a new GM and has reached out to me personally and corrected all the wrongs from the previous GM. Long story short purchased a 2017 GMC Sierra 2500HD back in July 2021 for 55k. Worst on personally and corrected all the wrongs from the previous GM. Long story short purchased a 2017 GMC Sierra 2500HD back in July 2021 for 55k. Worst online purchase ever. Truck was not as advertised online and by staff. I was told 0 issues with the truck, and it was in MINT condition why the price was so high. They drove it from Oklahoma to my house in Mississippi. The old man driving had wrecked it on the way, and they promised to fix it. After months of calls being ignored, texting ignored and being hung up on. I went to the BBB, and they reached out. The personnel I had previously dealt with is no longer employed there, and the new staff has taken care of me 110%, and that's why they get a 5-star. I get issues that happen, and as long as they are willing to own that and make it right, they are good in my book. I will buy another vehicle from the new current management More
We had a pleasant and satisfying buying experience on our new Acadia SLT. Garret and all the staff at Patriot Auto Group exceeded all our expectations and we would not hesitate to recommend this dealership t new Acadia SLT. Tried to purchase a 2016 GMC Denali from them over the phone, because I live 14 hours away, and was told by more than one sales person it was sold. Waited a day and contacted the dealership through the in phone, because I live 14 hours away, and was told by more than one sales person it was sold. Waited a day and contacted the dealership through the internet because it still showed up for sale and available. Asked them to verify it was indeed on the lot and for sale and was told yes it's available and it would be pulled up front for viewing the next morning. I then sent an email to the managers letting them know about the mixed responses from their staff. I then received a phone call from a new salesman asking what could they do to make this matter a better buying experience. I said, tell me if the truck is available for purchase!? He said he would check first thing this morning upon arriving at the dealership at 9am. It's now 4pm and not a word from the dealership or salesman. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALER! More

Worst experience I've ever had buying a vehicle from a dealer. I test drove the vehicle and it drove well. Needed new tires, but I knew that when I bought it. On my way home, 1.5 hours from the dealers dealer. I test drove the vehicle and it drove well. Needed new tires, but I knew that when I bought it. On my way home, 1.5 hours from the dealership, the check engine light came on. I took the truck to a shop near my house and had the codes read, only to find that the truck needed both catalytic converters replaced, which they could do for about $2,300. They also said that the code had most likely been cleared at the dealership that sold me the truck. A mechanic at a Ford dealership (bought an F150) told me the same thing. So, I went back to Patriot. Sent several emails, called several times, and never got a response. I finally got the internet manager, Rocky, to respond. He helped get me a response from the Used Car Manager, Trey. Trey asked if I could bring the truck up for his shop to look at. I emailed back and said yes, I could do it that day. I drove 1.5 hours to have him tell me there's nothing he could do for me since his GM wasn't in that day. I've left messages with the receptionist twice now to see if he's talked with his GM, and no response. To be clear, I CANNOT PUT THE VEHICLE IN MY NAME WITHOUT SPENDING $2,300 NOW. I gave them the opportunity to make things right, and they ignored me. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, as this dealership cannot be trusted. More
