Katie handled everything over text and email, which made the process very convenient, and she was always responsive and straightforward throughout. They were able to hold the vehicle for me for about two weeks while I finalized my travel, and when I arrived, the truck was exactly as described and showroom-ready. Our experience with Ed Morse Freedom Buick was by far the best experience we have ever had. I've purchased a lot of vehicles over my 50 years, but I've never had such an easy and pleasant experience. Our salespeople were super friendly, the negotiation process was quick and easy, the finance department was very transparent and the entire process from start to finish did not take that long. We bought a car at a different dealership just 3 days prior and it took several hours and was an exhausting experience. Quite the opposite at Ed Morse Freedom Buick so much so that we wish we would have shopped for both of our recently purchased vehicles there. We are definitely customers for life now.

Absolute NIGHTMARE dealership! We bought a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee...it didn't even make 26miles!! Broke down on the I35 and had to tow it to a mechanic. The mechanic said there is no way there could have been any fluid in the radiator because the oil cooler was completely destroyed and had been for quite some time. We poured fluid into the radiator and it came out the bottom of the engine as fast as we were filling it! Fixed the oil cooler $1000, put fluid in the radiator and it pours out of the side of the radiator where there were two giant cracks! Another $1000. The Jeep overheated so bad it melted a part of the air-conditioning behind the dash so now no air-conditioning in the 105 degree Texas summer! I had to call, email, threaten a law suit for weeks before I could ever get anyone to help. Finally Eric Williams "sales manager" says they will reimburse me for the damage. I immediately emailed him the receipts and that's the last I've heard. .it has now been over a month and nobody will return a single call or email.

My opinion of the dealership is very mixed. The guy that sold me the vehicle is ok. The service department is absolutely horrible. There are IT issues that they really should resolve. Example, VM’s that never go anywhere or get returned. No f’s given by service manager. They are slow. Hours for and oil change (routinely). Disassemble and check things that they were not asked to check or repair. I wish they were better.
