Classic bait and switch pricing. The price for the vehicle listed on the internet was $3k less than price given at dealership. When I sat down at dealership the salesperson showed me The price for the vehicle listed on the internet was $3k less than price given at dealership. When I sat down at dealership the salesperson showed me the same lower internet price. But after purchasing vehicle the price was $3k more than internet. I traded in a vehicle with no loan and paid cash for the balance. After I complained that the price I was charged was more than on internet and more than what salesperson first told me at dealership they came up with some story that I didn’t qualify for a dealer discount since I was not financing. In today’s world you usually get a better deal if you pay cash never been penalized at a car dealer for paying all cash. Again the higher price was never mentioned or shown on the website. Also as I drove my new vehicle off the lot I noticed the bed of truck had trash in it and the vehicle was so empty that the gas light was on. Also never got an answer regarding accident history whenever I asked they said the website showing this info was down. Even after speaking to salesperson two days after I bought vehicle still couldn’t give me a straight answer on accident history. More

I had interest is purchasing a new 2024 vehicle from the dealership and drove 1 1/2 hours to get there to see the vehicle. When we arrived I was told it was in the body shop.
