Scam artists. Had my vehicle towed here after it would not start since it was the dealership I bought it from. Initially told me the battery was good so had to be Had my vehicle towed here after it would not start since it was the dealership I bought it from. Initially told me the battery was good so had to be the starter motor (that they wanted to charge me 800.00 for). 5 days later they say it’s not just my starter and my head gasket has blown and I need a new engine. They told me my car had to have been overheated which never happened. It would be 8000.00 for a new one that would take a month or 9700.00 for a used one that magically could be there same day. They pledge a lifetime powertrain warranty that they came up with an excuse they would not cover. I finally had it towed out to a local mechanic for a second opinion after having to pay them 500.00 for absolutely nothing just to release my vehicle to the tow truck. The local mechanic has come back saying my battery is bad and a fuse with it being impossible they ever actually started my vehicle but my motor is fine. Taking advantage of people during tough times is shameful and I’d like my 500.00 back. More

Customer service from start to finish was the best experience I’ve had buying a car. It was fun and non-pushy!!! Everything was great except for the salesman who did my paperwork. I was not a fan of Aaron. I worked with 2 other salesmen and they were excellent. Nick was always on deck for me and Ray helped me look on paperwork. I was not a fan of Aaron. I worked with 2 other salesmen and they were excellent. Nick was always on deck for me and Ray helped me look online and in person before I found what I wanted. I've been twice now to have my car serviced and both times they have been prompt and thorough. They were super helpful and communicated with me throughout my service. More
