I have a hole in my dash board right by my air bag now which is where you all replaced my recalled airbag! So to say I’m more than a little upset is an understatement. Terrible experience. Bought my wife’s car there with the understanding that since it had under 100k it had life time powertrain warranty. When it was time to use that war Bought my wife’s car there with the understanding that since it had under 100k it had life time powertrain warranty. When it was time to use that warranty (torque converter) they told us there is no such thing as life time power train warranty (even though they advertise it on their main page) then they told us that was just the salesman trying to make a sell. Will never do business with the company again and I recommend no one give them their business for that matter! More
