Taking advantage of women AKA my wife. She was in for an oil change in our 2019 Chevy 2500 duramax. Your service guy up sold her on air and cabin filters. He showed her a price for the fil She was in for an oil change in our 2019 Chevy 2500 duramax. Your service guy up sold her on air and cabin filters. He showed her a price for the filters and oil change of around 300$ when she was rung up it was over 500$ there were 4-6 other GUYS in the waiting room none of them were approached for an up sale just the woman. My wife told him several times to not quote tires he still did anyway and tried pushing tires on her also. Very bad business. You’ve lost my 5 vehicles worth of business. More

Brought my vehicle in for a heater issue, which required the removal of the dash to fix. When the car came back the dash pad was pretty marked up due to the removal process. Patriot did follow-up and co the removal of the dash to fix. When the car came back the dash pad was pretty marked up due to the removal process. Patriot did follow-up and corrected the issue even fixing some scuffs on the front of the dash I told them were not their doing. I very much appreciate the follow through and customer service they demonstrated in making it right. More
