We enjoyed working with everyone. Ray was a great help, we flew in and bought the truck and were headed back home soon, it wasn't an all day event at the dealership which I usually dread. Worst experience in my life as far as car buying goes. From the moment we walked in the door to the moment we got to your finance person Ben’s office. When he tried to tell us the car we were buying was 2 From the moment we walked in the door to the moment we got to your finance person Ben’s office. When he tried to tell us the car we were buying was 21k and I said no, your website says 19k at that point he says well that’s wrong, your not getting it for 19k! I have had this issue all day today. I picked up my purse to leave because at this point I was done. I said Never mind I will go somewhere else! This seemed to make him more upset and at that time he told me if I would calm down he would see what he could do. We start walking across the dealership floor and he’s yelling at us while walking to what I assume is the managers office. We left and the salesman called us saying his manager said we could have it for the 19k. I said no thank you. Went the very next day to Jim Glover and bought a car! The difference in customer service was night and day! I will tell everyone I know to never use Patriot. More
