Worst mechanic car dealer I've ever been in! I went in there because I went in a ditch and I needed an alignment, and I guess they wanted to take full advantage of my situation, I went in there I went in there because I went in a ditch and I needed an alignment, and I guess they wanted to take full advantage of my situation, I went in there expecting to pay $150 on an alignment, they said I needed to replace both my inner and outer tie rods because they were 'bent and couldn't take a bolt off' and they wanted me to pay them 1,500 for it brand new tie rods which didn't make sense to me because I drove my truck for over 2 hours after my accident, and the guy was insisting on making an appointment as soon as possible and wanted to charge me for it. I said think about it and I took it to not only one mechanic, but three really respected mechanics told me your dealer is full of xxxx for trying to charge me 1.5k on something I didn't even need, as a matter of fact, the first mechanic told me you guys damaged both my tie rods by crushing it probably with a clamp or pliers. He could tell you guys struggled with it and instead you just wanted to cutoff my tie rods, put new ones in and charge me 1,500 when it was completely un necessary! Wasted my time and tried to waste my money, horrible place to take your car to, since I have a Ram and you guys specialize in them, I thought you'd be more professional More

I was stranded and got towed in. They got me in right away, which I appreciate. But I got screwed bu the coat. A wheel bearing is $150 and I was charged almost $500 for the part. I feel like this location doesn't really want or need my business at times. Ive asked for pricing on different services and have been told that they will get me information and that never happens.
