Was inquiring about a vehicle. .. Was told that the vehicle had been involved a minor accident. When I ran the vin, I saw actual photos of the vehicle and it had been involved a maj .. I found the information that I was provided was dishonest as it was inaccurate and I will never do business with Patriot... as there is nothing Patriotic about being dishonest... More

The sales people (especially Joe Castle) and the Finance guy (Dalton Durrossette) are awesome individuals to work with. They care about the customer and their customer service is above average!!! The Servic guy (Dalton Durrossette) are awesome individuals to work with. They care about the customer and their customer service is above average!!! The Service Department guy Halford has always been awesome and helpful as well. Overall, we love the folks of Patriot with exception of Shane Jones who was rude, disrespectful and quite frankly needs lessons in customer service. We love the car! More
