Dissatisfied Customer I bought a 2018 Dodge Journey in April. On two particular occasions it jumped and stalled while on the road. Both situations could have resulted in I bought a 2018 Dodge Journey in April. On two particular occasions it jumped and stalled while on the road. Both situations could have resulted in a serious accident if it would have jumped into the line of traffic. We had the vehicle picked up and returned to the dealership. Allegedly they fixed a recall on the vehicle. However, I explained that I didn't feel safe in this vehicle any longer and it caused me stress just thinking about driving it. Patriots solution was to trade it in, go from a payment of $385.33 per month to a new higher payment of $510.00 per month on a vehicle of lesser value. I'm applaud that they would be concerned about making another sale and profit. What happened to doing the RIGHT THING? It wasn't my fault the vehicle broke down, had a recall, or put myself and family in danger. I sadden that greed and profit are more important than someones safety and well being. This whole ordeal is causing so much undue stress. More
