I pretty much always enjoy coming in and visiting with Jeff (service) he always remembers me and always tells me what’s going on with my truck. Joe ( my salesman) is always good for a conversation Brittne Jeff (service) he always remembers me and always tells me what’s going on with my truck. Totally SUCKED! . kept my truck for 10 days.didn't do xxxx!.charged me 1200.00 for restocking fee, didn't show me prices for the restocking fee!.I had to return to Ca . kept my truck for 10 days.didn't do xxxx!.charged me 1200.00 for restocking fee, didn't show me prices for the restocking fee!.I had to return to California to finish selling my house, I bought property in McAlister. I told Jeff Allen in service I wasn't happy with the charges and I was planning on purchasing at least 2 vehicles upon returning to my new house, and I wouldn't be buying from them now.he said we are "Okay with that" I've been buying Chrysler products since 2000,NO MORE! More

Dealer took forever to work on a simple problem. Car was towed there where it sat for 5 business days without an answer. Had to go in and speak to the general manager to get anything done just to ge Car was towed there where it sat for 5 business days without an answer. Had to go in and speak to the general manager to get anything done just to get a code read. Then it cost 800+ dollars for a starter. Afterwards the car was making a noise that it wasn't making before I dropped it off. Took it back in where it sat for almost another week when I was told (we'll look at it first thing in the morning). Then nothing was done about it, they chalked it up to a "loose O2 sensor" meanwhile the car is still making the noise. How that passed their inspection is beyond me. Now I have to take it to another mechanic because I don't want to go anywhere near this dealership ever again. More
