Violated Fair Credit Reporting Act by sending my application to several banks which I did not authorize. Even though I came in with a pre-approval from my credit union, I authorized him to send it t application to several banks which I did not authorize. Even though I came in with a pre-approval from my credit union, I authorized him to send it to one bank and was told I was approved. 8 days later, they start sending my application to multiple lenders again.
