BUYER BEWARE........Was a highly recommended dealership, to start with everyone is friendly and make you feel like a person and not just another sale . AFTER THE SALE GOOD LUCK GETTING ANY HELP AT ALL!!! of to start with everyone is friendly and make you feel like a person and not just another sale . AFTER THE SALE GOOD LUCK GETTING ANY HELP AT ALL!!! of course that is unless you send someone to buy a new vehicle from them 🙄, IT TOOK OVER 2 MONTHS TO GET THE 2020 RAM 1500 FUNDED ,By this time the money I had for tags has diminish DUE TO MY WIFE HAVING SURGERY , got the run around for over a month saying they would help anyway they can of course once they got their money from the lender. Now no help at all with the tags "unless I can send someone to buy a brand new vehicle from them" and wasn't even asking for them to pay the full amount for the tags only for them to help me out with them. Was treated like I'm trash and a salesman even told my wife she was ridiculous over the phone, by the way his name is Jacob Patterson . Lost all the respect that they earned to start with. Went from highly satisfied to 110% worst experience ever. Again buyers beware , don't expect any help after the deal is done unless of course you want to send a friend or loved one to buy a new vehicle and them to get treated the same way. Definitely not a way to keep people coming back for life or recommending anyone else to purchase from them More

Oil change Got oil change,tires rotated, vacuum, washed and checked a lot of other stuff and fluids. The wait was really short for all that was done. Great job!! Not at all happy I maybe a small percent of customers who have bought vehicles from there and but i came there to purchase mine and after the purchase I'm a nobody . I I maybe a small percent of customers who have bought vehicles from there and but i came there to purchase mine and after the purchase I'm a nobody . I came to dealership to discuss my tire issues i have and i stood in the lobby for nearly 20 minutes before anybody acknowledge me , not even a hello. and only after somebody did take the time to talk i still was not happy with answer about my issue. I can not believe after spending nearly 42000 dollars to purchase my truck there isnt simple thing like road hazard on the tires that came on the truck. The customer service sucked again only thing different is the name on the building I don't know if i could really recommend my friends to go there. More

I don’t feel like this has been the best deal I will start by saying that Justin and Jacob were willing to meet me outside of dealership hours to get my Jeep. However, the manager I talked to was I will start by saying that Justin and Jacob were willing to meet me outside of dealership hours to get my Jeep. However, the manager I talked to was rude. They have twisted things so much and I feel the entire deal has been bad from the start. The price of the vehicle changed drastically after I started signing, and the trade in for my previous vehicle was not honored. I will strongly suggest if you are a female to go elsewhere as I have been talked to like an idiot. When I picked my Jeep up from them having it to tint the windows and put a hitch on it smelled like cigarette smoke and had the music on vulgar rap and way turned up. The hitch they put on was an after market hitch not the factory hitch and the hitch they put on was a uhaul hitch slapped up under the Jeep. Overall I am NOT impressed More
