Appointment was just for an oil change and tire rotation. I asked what times available in afternoon and am was told 3:00… I said what time would it be done by because I have somewhere to be later and was tol I asked what times available in afternoon and am was told 3:00… I said what time would it be done by because I have somewhere to be later and was told by 4:00… It was finally done at around 4:50 and they didn’t rotate my tires cuz they said they were all no good… I have more tread on back ones so still should have been rotated in my opinion… I would have made appointment for a different day or earlier in the day had they not told me a specific time… More
