Very pushy sales people. They would not except a cash deal even for the amount they were asking. I was told that they get some sort of kickback by getting a loan. Kept giving me run around on my trade in I ended up just taking $1000 for it because I didn’t have time to argue… then there were no floor mats in the truck and no one could get me any… I did not make a hug taking $1000 for it because I didn’t have time to argue… then there were no floor mats in the truck and no one could get me any… I did not make a huge fuss because again I only had one day to buy a vehicle…the truck they showed me that I wanted was not on the website so I had no clue the price until I was told… I asked about the vehicle being overpriced when I checked others online but was told it was reasonable… after further investigation afterwards it was extremely overpriced… then they added a bunch of warranty and wheel and tire stuff and lied and said I had to have it because the bank said… which I found out is a lie and is a big car sales scam… overall very poor by the dealership… I bought one this time but never again… and I will only tell people I know where not to go to buy a car!!! More

I was extremely fortunate to have broken down 1/4 mile from Patriot. The service crew made an extremely stressful day much easier by taking care of me while on a road trip. I couldn't recommend this tea from Patriot. The service crew made an extremely stressful day much easier by taking care of me while on a road trip. I couldn't recommend this team more.
