Sales manager was higher pressure, but he kept his word with making it right with the one issue we had with the truck. Baker got us a decent rate in finance. I had a 1pm appt and checked in by 11am via text with details on requested services. My car was dropped off at 12:30 and we were told we were late and there was not time to address tire rotation/balance. details on requested services. 2 days after buying the truck the salesman won’t text me back after I asked him a question. Truck was also posted online for a specific price and I asked the salesman through text before driving to Pryor if back after I asked him a question. Truck was also posted online for a specific price and I asked the salesman through text before driving to Pryor if that was their out the door price without any stipulations, he said yes. When I showed up to buy the truck the dealership(I don’t know who made this silly decision) tried to go back on that and charge more than the advertised price saying I had to do XYZ to get that price. The whole good cop bad cop thing between the salesman and the sales manager was ridiculous too, I was ready to leave without making a purchase. Wild thought that I can spend 60k and not get an answer about setting up the satellite radio. It ended up being a good deal on the truck but mediocre service. Rick in finance was the standout, he was great to deal with. More
