The day I purchased the car, it began smoking within 30 minutes, running horribly and I didnt even make it home. Buyer beware. I requested cancellation of both the service contract and ultimate bundle I purchased the day after I signed for my truck. I was told since the deal was already funded it would have to service contract and ultimate bundle I purchased the day after I signed for my truck. I was told since the deal was already funded it would have to be canceled and refund would be processed against the loan. I am now almost 5 months since I put in my request and have yet to see the full amount refunded. I spent 3 months going round and round with Austin Hamby before talking with Mark Molder the GM on 12/21 and found out Austin had not cancelled the contracts. Mark informed me that he had the cancellation processed and I should see the refund in 5 to 10 business days. I confirmed with Mark that both were cancelled and would be refunded for full amount. In talking with my bank today they have only received a partial refund for the service contract but nothing for the bundle. More
