I believe the dealership scammed me and when I attempted to follow-up 2 days after purchase, they didn’t attempt to resolve my issue or respond to my concerns. Great people, and enjoyable in environment. The financial officer was pleasant. The only down fall was how many credit checks there was, some where done more than once. The customer service was great. However, once we chose a vehicle we had to wait over FOUR hours to get to financing to sign the paperwork. The car I had chosen was just traded so it was dirty. They did clean it quickly but, it wasn’t completely detailed and I still have to bring it back the next day to have a little work done, which isn’t a big deal. I’m hoping once I bring it back to have the work done to it, they will finish the detail job. All in all, they did a great job getting me into a vehicle I love. I will definitely keep them in mind when I decide to purchase another vehicle. More
