The lady at the service center gets five stars she was great, and seemed as frustrated as I am. The dealership however, You can go to this dealership if you wanna get ripped off. they over charged me for great, and seemed as frustrated as I am. We aren’t talking a little over charge, the asking price for the car on the patriot website was 21,900 before taxes and fees the price in my paperwork before taxes and fees 26,000. I get it they are commission based, however I work in a service industry and my job is hospitality need another example of how they have none? When I test drove the car it shook and I told them I wanted the car if they could fix the issue, they kept my car for almost two weeks beforeI finally got a message that my car was ready when I arrived at the dealership they couldn’t find my car, how on earth do you misplace an entire car? so I had too yet again wait. Once I finally got my car I realized that the issue was never fixed, the same exact day I took the car home I messaged about the issue and several times after every time I messaged someone from the dealership to get the issue fixed starting the day I took the car home no one would respond and now they are telling me that it’s my problem. i guess lucky for me they didn’t charge me the $26,000 that they tried to in the beginning but instead I got a 21,900 piece of junk. TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!! More
