Initial impression was fine with the sales man Logan. It went downhill from there. We were trading in an old Chevy we knew was not going to net us more than 200-300 but it was until we were looking at th It went downhill from there. We were trading in an old Chevy we knew was not going to net us more than 200-300 but it was until we were looking at the final sales contract that we realized they were only giving us 1 dollar for the trade in. I could sell it off for scrap for more than a freaking dollar. This pissed me off that when we asked multiple times about the trade in value we were blown off until the final contract. I will only use them for warranty work. No recommendations ever. I have removed all dealership decals from the vehicle. Update. Devon Bell contacted us to make this issue right. I appreciate the fact he reached out and was willing to buy back the vehicle if necessary. I actually did not expect to be reached out to at all. But I appreciate their efforts to address what I saw as the issue. Transparency is and will always be appreciated. Thank you Patriot for working on and finding a solution for this More

When bring air filter and cabin filter showing they need replaced don't tell me you need $ 38.50 to replace cabin filter while your holding it in your hand.
