Waited 2 1/2 hrs for an oil change on my first oil change. Usually the fluids are topped off, but the washer fluid is empty two days after getting my oil change. Bought a 2015 Ford F-250 in May 2021. It has been back to Patriot 6 times for the steering shaking and the problem is still not corrected. The 6 times it has been there = 2 months and 1 week. Not pleased at all. Decided after one day we didn’t like the vehicle and wanted a more upgraded version after doing more research as they told us out model was loaded come to find out it wasn’t close. We we the vehicle and wanted a more upgraded version after doing more research as they told us out model was loaded come to find out it wasn’t close. We were told it had a towing package it did not. Also told it had cooling seats and it did not. They will tell u what they want to sell a car. I was willing to spend the 10k more for the more upgraded after finding out and they brushes us off told us they didn’t do buyers remorse. More
