Patriot Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Pryor

If I had the option 0 stars would be my rating. I purchased a vehicle from this dealer. I put my complete trust in the sales representative when asking what are the issues. He claimed that the car wa purchased a vehicle from this dealer. I put my complete trust in the sales representative when asking what are the issues. He claimed that the car was perfect besides 2 minor cosmetic issues. I was okay with them, because to my knowledge cosmetic can be fixed easily. The car cost us $43k so I was expecting a pretty decent smooth ride. Only to find out after only driving the car out 4 times that the car had more issues then what was claimed. The car completely died. I was left out with my kids with a locked car that the key wouldn’t open and no electric power for over an hour. After recharging the battery I took the battery to be checked to see if that was needed to be changed, turns out it has other issues. Now I understand used cars will have issues, But I wouldn’t be upset if when I actually called the dealer to speak to a manger about all the problems no one will answer or CALL ME BACK. Now I have to wait for another dealer to fit me in, and hope whenever I go out that my battery won’t die on me and my kids. I’m hauling around a portable battery charger. Since it died on me twice in the 10 days i’ve had this vehicle. It all depends on its mood I guess. I’ve just come to the conclusion that I was sold a problem car and it will cost me more out of pocket to fix it . Not normally one to leave 1 star reviews but the lack of response I’m getting from this problem and leaving me to deal with it on my own, just wanted to warn anyone else who decides to buy from this dealer. More
