Dealer has consistently had issues with cleanliness and attention to detail every single time I've taken a vehicle in for service. From engine oil all over the top of my engine, oily rags left inside my v attention to detail every single time I've taken a vehicle in for service. From engine oil all over the top of my engine, oily rags left inside my vehicle, oil smeared on the exterior; doors, handles, oil stained handprint on the headliner, oil on stearing wheel, fluids swapped/flushed from tranny/diffs, etc and no tightned plugs. Tracked oils tobky house, all over my driveway and sprayed all over the undercarriage and exterior. This last time was no different. Oil all over the top of my engine inside the compartment. Even tho I specifically brought up my concern prior to handing over my keys (basically wentbover what I'm writing here). Manager assured me he would make sure the tech was aware and would be careful. Went to get my pickup several hours later. Checked before i left and oil all over top of engine. Went inside spoke to same manager as in the morning as well as the woman who i paid. Shecwas friendly and helpful. The male manager not so much but i think i kinda put him on the spot. I asked him directly if he had passed my concerns to the tech. He said he had but can't watch them all the time. Additionally, after i arrived home i realized when they rotated my tires that they messed up my realignment and my steering wheel is off of wheel straight by 90 degrees. Just blows my mind this happens everytime. Even tho patriot has had to come clean my driveway, my pickup multiple times, reached out to me directly asking what they can do to earn back my business.
