Issue with tailgate on 2009 Lincoln Navigator. Service always outstanding. Attentive & responsive staff, especially Kyle Wilson. He thoroughly explained the problem with the tailgate glass, which Service always outstanding. Attentive & responsive staff, especially Kyle Wilson. He thoroughly explained the problem with the tailgate glass, which also prevented the tailgate windshield wiper from working. Everything was corrected in a little over an hour.
