Came back to patriot Subaru for a second purchase. Was refered specifically to Jackie. She worked with me to find a car that fit my needs explaining the hows and why's and the warranty. Jackie was quick to engage on a personal level and not just be nice to sell a car. Furthermore she was excellent with my kids. The dealership itself is very kid friendly. The July 4th BBQ was a huge hit with them and the free arcade style video games and internet access helped keep them occupied as well. I would absolutely refer anyone in the market for a new or used car to Jackie. well Done! More

My experience with the dealer and especially the sales department was excellent. I inquired about the dealership buying my car outright from me. My goal was to not have a car payment for the summer and bu department was excellent. I inquired about the dealership buying my car outright from me. Not only did they pay off my loan, they gave me what the car was worth and almost $2,000 more than the Honda dealer across the street where I bought the car new. I know where I will be going when I decide to buy another vehicle. More

1:00 PM Memorial Day my husband and I went to Patriot Subaru, we were greeted by Vinnie, he asked what we were looking for. I said "we were looking for 2 things, a price for you to buy our car outri Subaru, we were greeted by Vinnie, he asked what we were looking for. I said "we were looking for 2 things, a price for you to buy our car outright and a second price if we traded it in". Vinnie replied and I quote "No Problem, they are one and the same". We spent the next hour to hour and a half, waiting and looking at a couple of cars, we finally received the offer in writing (that the manager worked on)and we left moving on to other dealerships to look at other cars that were on our list. We ended up at Prime Hyundai and found the vehicle that we decided that we wanted to buy. (we have since purchased the Hyundai). We called Vinnie and told him we would like to take him up on his offer to buy our car. He then completely changed his story and said he would have to find out if his manager would even want to buy my car we were put on hold for several minutes and then disconnected, he called back and said that they would honor their written quote only if we traded in the car, if we just wanted to sell it would be thousands less. So I guess the "No problem, they are one and the same" was a flat out bald face lie. For the record I am also filing an official complaint with the Better Business Bureau for their dishonest business practices. More

My wife and went in to look at what we might be able to get into for a new car. Our car was getting up there in the the miles and was still in decent condition, so we felt we could get a good deal on trad get into for a new car. They helped us with getting a good deal on a load with a bank and really made the process easy and painless. Which is always good. Been looking several weeks for a new car been to several dealers and was not happy with dealing salesmen & managers.Went to Patriot which was by far my best experience. Everyone salesmen, sales manager & finance highly exceeded in being friendly, polite, respectful, not at all pushy. They all listened to what I was saying was treated fairly when it came to purchasing the car, financed it with them & the paperwork etc was incrediably easy from the last time I bought a new car (7yrs ago). My car was ready to drive away when I came to get it. The overall experience & atomosphere @ Patriot I felt was customer friendly & professional and will certainly recommend them to friends & family. I ended up at Patriot Subaru after doing my homework at other dealerships. I was a bit discouraged and very tense before walking into Patriot Subaru. I knew that a very good friend of mine's daughter, Jessica Guerrette, had recently been hired there...and that is actually what brought me there to begin with. I have known Jessica myself for a long time and lover her to pieces. I knew that she wouldn't steer me wrong. Jessica's enthusiasm, encouragement, wisdom and overall professionalism put me at ease from the first moment. As soon as I stepped foot on the lot I knew I was in the right place. I literally walked into the showroom, saw Jess and said, "hey, Jess, want to sell me a car today??" She was thrilled as I was too. She showed me some cars, told me about the current one I just bought yesterday, we took it for a test drive and I knew my search was over. Jessica made this tedious task so easy for me and I am thrilled. I was happy to be able to help her as well. My goal was to walk out of there, driving off the lot in my new car and writing a check for the amount in full without financing. All of these things were accomplished in approximately one hour. Wow!!!! Just what I was hoping for. Jessica Guerrette should be commended in more ways than I can say on her hard work, dedication and commitment to Patriot Subaru. She is a very hard working young lady and I will tell EVERYONE I know to go to Patriot Subaru.
