From the moment we walked in the door until 3 hours later when we drove our 2011 Forrester off the lot we had a very nice experience. We had to drive to an appointment 35 miles away. This is the 4th Subaru we have owned over the years and I have to say it handled even better than expected. We have not used the service department yet but if the treatment we have received so far is any indication then I am sure we will be very satisfied.
