First, we met with Don, which was a pleasure. Very friendly and nice gentleman. We worked with James regarding the model we were looking to purchase. James was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and willing to answer all questions we had. He worked with our budget and made us feel very comfortable. Eddie worked with us when it came time to draw up the paperwork and he made sure to process everything in a timely manner. He got us in and out, so that was much appreciated! amazing No complaints whatsoever here. this was the 5th dealership I visited in a week's time looking to lease a legacy premium w/moonroof. everyone i spoke t No complaints whatsoever here. this was the 5th dealership I visited in a week's time looking to lease a legacy premium w/moonroof. everyone i spoke to was great to deal with from customer service to sales to finance. we agreed to a deal within 20 min of being there and it was about $40-50 per month cheaper than any of the other dealers i went to. no reason to visit any other subaru's around boston, this is by far the best experience and price around. would reccomend this place to anyone. Sean Griffing was our salesman and could not say enough nice things about him. George handled the finance portion and was also a pleasure to deal with. More
