Laura in Service is truly amazing. Not only keeping informed of my vehicle progress but also helping with the service contract adjuster. I worked in Auto Dealerships for over 18 year most of which wa informed of my vehicle progress but also helping with the service contract adjuster. I worked in Auto Dealerships for over 18 year most of which was a parts manager. The Sales and Service people make or break a dealer. We have not bought a vehicle from Patterson, I can however say this because of Laura. We would definitely give sales a chance. More
