But judging from way back in the past Paul brown motors staff is top notch, respect and doesn’t humiliate u as a person. They work there but off and use every avenue they can to get u out of your old car and into a new one. Won’t use another dealership for car buying. Previously purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership but will not return. Very disappointed! More

I usually get anxiety when going into dealerships and I initially chose Paul Brown Motors of Olean because of its longstanding reputation in the area. I usually get anxiety when going into dealerships and dealing with salesman but the entire staff made me feel welcome and didn't treat me like a number. Mary C. was amazing, thorough, and understanding and was able to find the perfect car for me. Cheryl was awesome at making the financial process a breeze. What I loved most about my visit was that they are military/veteran friendly. They were able to give me special discounts I didn't even know were available to me! It was definitely a great experience and I would rate this dealership a 10/10 in my book. More
