He was extremely thorough with training me on the dashboard and how to make the changes according to my preferences and even set up my blue tooth. He made sure my Sync account was set up and even reviewed that website with me. Once again EXCELLENT I had a pre-approved loan through my credit union, but their finance manager Bob Tierney felt he could get me even a better rate and asked if it was ok for him to search for a better rate. I of course said YES! He was able to beat the rate that i had which will save me several hundreds of dollars. After purchasing my new 2012 Explorer Limited, the New Sales Manager and the president Bob Cerame came out and thanked me for my business. I've purchased 6 new vehicles so far in my lifetime and this is the first time that i received the "rock star" experience. I bought a truck from them. took it home and the next day it would shutting off in the middle of driving it. I went back told them the problem and they told me they cant help me. I asked them to take it back because there is no way I wanted a truck that kept shutting off when I was driving it. I think they new they were selling me a broken truck. I took it into their shop to get it looked at and the people at Cerame said nothing was wrong with it so I took it back home and it broke down on me on the way home. This place does not even care about the people they sell there cars to. If they wanted to make it right they could have offered to take it back but intstead they just insisted that things like that happen. I have been back many times and still to this day I have had problems with them and the truck they sold me. More
