My wife and I had a terrible experience getting our well maintained 2018 Mustang serviced at Paul Clark Ford. The car was brought in for “The Works” $81.87 maintenance package. We had issues with all of the included services - tire pressure check and rotation, oil and filter change, resetting the oil change monitor and the fluids not being topped off. In addition, we were sold rusting lug nuts as new Ford OEM parts – which they refused to replace. My wife waited while the car was serviced and it took an hour longer than promised. Furthermore, as my wife left the service center and drove up Route 200 to Aldi’s she noticed thick black smoke in the side and rear-view mirrors – and though it was from an adjacent truck – only to find out, as she pulled into the Aldi’s lot that it was from the back of our car. When I contacted dealership Ryan basically made no reasonable effort to address our issues other than to offer a future complementary oil change service. We did not view this as an acceptable resolution – and have opted to have the services performed elsewhere. We’ll never go back. More
