I would definitely recommend working with Pam Zabitz from this dealership. She is very attentive and informative, but not at all pushy or over-bearing as some car salespeople can be. When we walked into Paul Miller Audi we were considering a few different competitors models. Audi was at the top of our list but we weren't sure whether we would go new A4 or pre-owned A6. She didn't give us the hard sell at all and realized we weren't ready to decide that. We were impressed that she encouraged us to really feel comfortable with what we wanted.After shopping around a bit, we called her back and she accommodated us on yet another busy Saturday near closing and stayed late to strike the deal. We liked that there wasn't any pressure tactics and felt she didn't play games - she gave us the price and there was no haggling, just a professional and transparent experience. Pam Zabitz of Paul Miller Audi has kept in touch with me over the last 2 and 1/2years. When I first met her I told her that I was just looking, but not really interested in buying. However, that did not deter her from keeping me apprised of what was going on at Paul Miller Audi. She did this is a way that was no intrusive or overbearing. When I finally was ready to purchase a new Audi, I made an appointment with Pam. She took for a test drive, showed me all the models I was interested in possibly purchasing, answered my questions, and was more interested in finding me the car that I wanted that giving me a hard sell to buy something in current inventory. Pam was very easy to deal with, and was more interested in striking a fair deal that would make both of us happy.
