When he said 3 to 4 hours I told him thank you, but I’ll have to get a loaner and schedule the work for some other time. Well he came right back and told me that a loaner was available, so I took it. After I let the lot I noticed that the tank on the loaner was not much more than 1/4 full. When I returned Harnando Estrade immediately took care of the issue and said basically don’t worry about the gas. Both David and Harnando as well as the guys waiting in the bays make the whole Paul Miller experience like no other dealer, far and away better than any dealership I’ve ever had to deal with. More

Service. Bought the service contract when I purchase the my Audi for $2000. I ask service to replace the brake pads because i'm getting close to the 60,000 mil Bought the service contract when I purchase the my Audi for $2000. I ask service to replace the brake pads because i'm getting close to the 60,000 miles 48 month end. They said no it didn't need it. So I spent $2000 and only got a wheel alignment and wiper blades for a about $200. Not worth the money. More
